[pvrusb2] New driver snapshot: pvrusb2-mci-20051113

I just now noticed that I had forgotten to install pvrusb2-download.html 
onto the web site.  That's a new generated page which lists all the 
downloadable snapshots.  It's fixed now.  Sorry about that.
