[pvrusb2] 2.6.14 issues

Hi,

I just tried to compile the driver under 2.6.14
Unfortunately this did not succeed as media/tveeprom.h
has been changed; there might be other issues as well.
Didn't see a trivial patch yet.

I had things running under 2.6.12 on NSLU2, but there
was an i2c issue that triggered me to move to 2.6.14.
