[pvrusb2] 2.6.13-git6 compilation of latest

Mike,

This gets back to the issue that you and I spoke about by phone.
Somebody screwed up the 802.11 code in the main tree, it was fixed in
the mm tree and is now being ported into the main tree. I need 802.11
for my notebooks.

I'm also expecting scsi fixes from -mm coming in shortly with more grief
to test out.

pvrusb2 compiles and runs clean in 2.6.13, but it appears that changes
are still happening.

<hands out valium to everyone>
