[pvrusb2] /sys , /proc & /dev permissions

Mike,

I've done a modinfo on the 9/11 version and it's not reporting an option 
to set the group permissions.

I'm running the multimedia computer as a normal user and running Xawtv 
as the application. I must sudo xawtv to root in order to open the 
device. Just a friendly status check. I believe we agreed that the 
syntax would be:

pvrusb2 option group=N

Where N= the group number of the video (or other suitable) group.

Modes on device nodes and such were to default to 770 as this is 
consistant with good security policy.
