[pvrusb2] for those interested in LIRC

Not quite yet give me a few weeks to clean it up and I'll format it to look a little better. Also take a look at it. The lircd.conf you supplied is good but not quite complete my documentation should show this. All the buttons on alot of my remotes acctually give 2 scan codes per button.

Jeff:

1. Would you like me to link to this page?

2. There is an lirc conf file supplied in the driver snapshot that should 
work with the Hauppauge "grey" remote included with the product.  Using 
that it should not be necessary to have to record the IR codes.  Are 
people here having trouble with that conf file?
