[pvrusb2] compiling problem with pvrusb2

Look inside ivtv/msp3400.h and you'll find a declaration for msp_matrix. 
Comment that out and you should be fine for now.  Several people have 
encountered this and there's some earlier chatter about it on this mailing 
list.
