[pvrusb2] In-kernel-2.6.18 video stutter & video size?

I've seen some resolve with using the latest snapshot of pvrusb2.

I've seen even more resolve with recompiling ffmpeg, libmpeg2, mplayer.

I'm guessing even though I did a system (world) wide recompile, some of
the deps of mplayer maybe have been misordered (as usual -- Gentoo
here :-/ ).

Well, as I dropped a message on irc, I'll probably prep to install
kernel-2.6.19-rc3 if it's released before 2.6.18.2.

So, recording a steady stream seems to be resolved, the rest appears to
be codec based issues.  Plus, I've just upgraded to gcc-4 (spawning my
system wide recompile).
