[pvrusb2] New driver snapshot: pvrusb2-mci-20070227

This snapshot contains no functional / feature changes; it is mainly a 
resync with a various bits of reshuffling that have taken place in the 
V4L repository, along with a minor compilation warning fix for amd64.  
The most visible difference is that this includes a change to a V4L 
internal register access API that should maintain correct operation with 
the latest V4L repository snapshots.
