A new snapshot of the pvrusb2 driver is available. Here's the relevant
part of the change history:

* Eliminate some recently introduced compilation warnings for AMD64
(from Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab at infradead.org>).

* Change all FX2 command byte values to be symbolic constants, and
collect all the definitions into a header file. Clean up done by Michael
Krufky <mkrufky at linuxtv.org>.

* Only respond to VIDIOC_G_TUNER for tuner #0. For all other tuner
indices return -EINVAL. This is how an app figures out how many tuners
there are. Without this filter in place, an app (e.g. v4l-info) thinks
there will be an infinite number of tuners.
