[pvrusb2] frequencies below 50MHz

Tobias,

Which tuner is used in your pvrusb2 device?  This could be an issue with the
crossover range settings in that individual tuner's programming.

If you don't know which tuner is used in your device, please show us the output
of 'dmesg'
