[pvrusb2] PVRUSB2 on NSLU2 with 2.6.21 dies after loading firmware

The firmware has been updated once since then. Update your firmware..
they're now officially published on the ivtv website (with Hauppauge's
approval).

The url on my Gentoo box is showing:

However, I know the gentoo ebuild pulls the extracted firmwares from:
http://dl.ivtvdriver.org/ivtv/firmware/

Think there was one issue Mike had to clean-up, but can't remember the
specifics.

Mike's on vacation, not sure when he'll be back... think he might be out
all week as he's not on IRC Freenode #pvrusb2.  I'm guessing, when he's
back, you'll see him on IRC first, unless he checks his email first.
