[pvrusb2] change-channel.sh - Adds show current channel, increment, decrement

Note: I'm offline & didn't download the latest & greatest - so as to
why I didn't just submit a patch/diff. This should be good enough for
those on the list whom want to "kick the tires" with these added
features.

I'll submit a more official looking patch hopefully within the next week
or so when I get time -- or, Mike, if this looks good enough...

Granted, it's not like Mike's favorite TV viewer app, but it's close
when using mplayer /dev/v4l/video0! Besides, as I've added in the
header of the script, mplayer tv:// seems to be on the horizon and it's
probably only a short time until somebody completes coding "change
channel via sysfs". (Just tried it and mplayer seems not to function
for the mpeg2/pvrusb2 devices yet.)

The added features within the attached change-channel.sh:
1) Show current channel
2) Increment or decrement current channel

Modifications:
1) I've also provided more detailed when -h is used.
2) Some other minor syntax corrections were made while trying to
preserve original code & syntax. (Unless somebody knows of a good
sh/bash style checker???)

BTW: Got a response from the original author and he says the suggested
added features (posted in my last email to this list) are ok with him.
(Even changing to #!/bin/bash, but I haven't done this as I don't think
it's needed.)
