[pvrusb2] Can't get Hauppauge HVR-1950 to work

I also have had the "...unable to open /dev/video1" problem using Mythbuntu
8.10 x64.

I'm not sure what causes the problem but was able to get past it to
configure the capture device by changing the permissions on /dev/video0.  I
gave full permissions, "sudo chmod 777 /dev/video0" which then allowed me to
configure and use the device.
