[pvrusb2] Can't get Hauppauge HVR-1950 to work

Sorry to take back what I wrote about mplayer. It's not working, when a
frame is broken, forget about it. The only reliable way to use mplayer is to
dump the video to a file and play the file (can be done simultaneously).
This is not optimal, the file grows quickly.
