[pvrusb2] pvrusb2: Unknown parameter `initusbreset'

Yeah, removing the initusbreset line fixed me.  As for the NIC, I'm not sure what the problem was with 27-8.  My wireless card has native kernel support (that's why I chose that one). I'm not going to go back and mess with it at this point as 27-10 works great for me.

You're probably using ndiswrapper for wireless nic.  Compiling
ndiswrapper against kernel-2.6.27.5 & 2.6.27.6 was broke.
kernel-2.6.27.7 was just released and I was finally able to compile
ndiswrapper against the kernel.

If you were using initusbreset within your modules.conf for the past few
kernels that hosted a broken pvrusb2/usb stack, you now need to remove
it to be able to modprobe pvrusb2 driver.

I'm sure Mike already put the details here on this.
