[pvrusb2] pvrusb2 fix in 2.6.27.x stable tree?

Absolutely I am going to submit this for the stable tree.

I already have a good fix sitting in my svn repo; I just need to 
propagate it forward.  I plan on doing that today.  Beyond that point, 
the stable tree maintainer for V4L will have to get it into the kernel 
(which I don't expect will be any problem at all).

In the mean time, make sure you have initusbreset=0 as an option when 
the pvrusb2 module is loaded and you'll be fine.
