For pvrusb2 users who have OnAir Creator or Sasem tuners...  Take a look 
here:

Or go to www.autumnwave.com, select support -> downloads then select the 
Creator & Sasem products, and in that list you will find the encoder 
firmware.  Click the "details" link for the firmware and you'll get to 
the above page.

Please thank the folks at Autumnwave for graciously making their 
firmware for the cx23416 encoder directly available.

I will update the pvrusb2 documentation to point to this page.  I've 
also been granted permission to redistribute the firmware on my site and 
once I have things rearranged a bit you'll see it there as well.

Yes, there is a license file included with the firmware's zip file.  
They do ask that you abide by their terms when using the firmware they 
provide.  (Basically it says that they grant you permission to use the 
firmware only on their hardware, but IANAL so you should ignore 
everything I just said read the license yourself...)
