[pvrusb2] mythtv and wintv-hvr-1950 - analog/digital scanning

Thanks. I did repower the HVR-1950. See later emails in the thread...
Mike spotted the problem and thinks it's a code issue between the
pvrusb2 driver and other v4l drivers. He's looking into it.
