[pvrusb2] no video...

i've traditionally been a pc users but lately i've been playing around with
Ubuntu. i am in no way an expert but can certainly navigate around and get a
few things setup. i have the happaugue pvr usb2 capture card and am trying
to set it up. i've gone through your installiation instructions but still no
luck. i've got the driver installed and still not able to see the cable
streams. below is a list of pvr related modules that are loaded. i'm not
sure if that shows anything. i've also tried to send the stream to mplayer
but nothing. output for both are below. i was wondering if you would see
something that i have not been able to:
