[pvrusb2] HVR-1950 requires procreload=1?

Roger:

I suspect we might be running different hardware.  Can you please send 
me your lsmod output once your HVR-1950 is loaded and running?  I 
suspect you're going to see "s5h1411" in the list - but in my case I get 
"s5h1409".  This would explain why I'm not seeing the problem.  That 
being the case I'm trying to figure out what exactly has changed.  We'll 
probably have to do further tests with additional debug flags enabled.
