I've done this, the files are identical.

I wasn't having any luck trying to nail down the right value for this,
so I just did what I thought would turn them all on, which was decimal
268435455 and that seemed to work. Here is the extended output after I
try cp /dev/video0 (or cat /dev/video0) to an mpeg file:
