[pvrusb2] mailing list issue

Once a month the mailmain software here generates a reminder message to
all pvrusb2 subscribers. This message includes various bits useful for
managing the subscription. This happens on the first day of each month.

This month the mailman software received a number of bounces in reply,
all due to overly aggressive spam filtering at the far end. The domains
that are doing this include:

	freemail.gr
	charter.net
	alum.mit.edu
	culverct.com

I am NOT going to run around to every little site and try to correct
these one at a time. This is not what I signed up for when I started
maintaining this driver and setting up this list. I did however check
over 100 real-time black lists and as far as I can tell, my server is
not on any of them (nor should it be). I can only conclude therefore
that these domains must be doing some content-type of filtering and the
reminder e-mail is triggering the filter. If you did not receive that
reminder then either you have reminders turned off in your subscription
or your mail domain is incorrectly blocking the traffic. Take that as a
strong clue that something is wrong.

We all have to deal with the junk e-mail problem. My pobox.com address
gets hit 300-400 times per day with that crap. However I still manually
scan nearly ALL of it because as maintainer of this driver I routinely
get e-mail from pretty much everywhere and frequenly pobox has
mis-classified those messages. I try to be as careful as possible not
to miss anything. So you can imagine how infuriating it is to be
getting well-intentioned but WRONG bounces from other servers involving
users who have clearly taken the time to subscribe to this list.

Please everyone make sure that you are performing correct filtering!

  -Mike
