[pvrusb2] latest snapshot is failing to build with 2.6.37

Well he did say 2.6.37 in the subject line...

I was just thinking about this.

In any case right now I believe the in-kernel driver is currently up to 
date with respect to the snapshot, but I will work this out and get a 
new snapshot ready ASAP.
