[pvrusb2] Fedora 14 pvrusb2 kernel beware

Ken obviously knows this already, but for others here who have been
watching this issue on this mailing list, it appears that Jarod Wilson
has traced to a regression in the tda8290 driver. The entire trail is
documented in the bugzilla entry referenced in the post to mythtv-users,
copied below. I've been saying that there's been thrashing going on in
the tuner driver(s) that the pvrusb2 driver relies on when operating
HVR-1950 / HVR-1900 devices. Well this appears to be another example.
Thanks go to Jarod Wilson for tracking this one down.
