Ah.  Never mind.  It's the cx25842 (according to the chip's 
PBR-200626-002.pdf).

ivtv-utils cx25840ctl dumps it's registers:

cx25840ctl -l [I2C Device Number]

ie.

Find the i2c chip number registered to the USB device.

# ls /sys/class/i2c-dev/ -alh
i2c-4 -> ../../devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:11.0/0000:02:08.2/usb1/1-3/i2c-4/i2c-dev/i2c-4/

Dump i2c chip #4's registers:

# cx25840ctl -l 4
