[pvrusb2] recent problem: getting frontend status failed

With the wealth of information, I'm sure Mike when he has time, might be able 
to speculate what might occurring here.

Maybe this has something to do with the, once in a blue moon, random lock-ups 
we see requiring the pvrusb2 driver devices to be cold booted.  (ie. Unplugged 
& plugged back into the wall outlet.)
