[pvrusb2] pvrusb2 list info status

Everyone:

For the moment I've left CGI access disabled on the system which is 
serving the pvrusb2 list.  This affects web access to the mailing list, 
unfortunately.  I did this pre-emptively over the weekend as a defense 
against Shellshock until this situation sorts itself out.  And in fact I 
just checked my web server logs this morning and there actually was a 
targeted attack against the server - just a few hours ago - via an 
attempt to access the list's web interface.  It seems that a bullet was 
dodged.
