[pvrusb2] Kernel oops with pvrusb2 and WinTV HVR-1950

Per the recommendation from a CentOS list I was on, we opened a bug
report @ kernel.org. It turns out that patch pushed to the 4.10 kernel
for pvrusb2:

https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux-stable.git/commit/drivers/media/usb/pvrusb2/pvrusb2-eeprom.c?h=v4.9.80&id=374aceef5912f3438a1cc582a2007551f0fbdb15

Caused the issue as two additional patches were supposed to be included
with it when it was backported to 4.9:

https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux-stable.git/commit/drivers/media/common/tveeprom.c?id=7cda4c5bae46ffca3abeadc4c1882d9325ee3102

https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux-stable.git/commit/drivers/media/common/tveeprom.c?id=6037b3ca28f4258d913dbe77248fd77827702ae3

I've been asked to test this which I will do soon; sounds like they will
just backport the additional patches to 4.9 and call it a day.

Thanks again and I will follow up with the result.

Chris
