[pvrusb2] Noise

Please definitely let me know how it turns out.  If this solves the 
audio issue for you, then it's one item I can take off my plate here!

By "solves" I mean both removal of noise, and verifying that audio 
switching is working correctly - which right now I consider to be two 
separate problems.
