[pvrusb2] [PATCH] pvrusb2: Fix oops on tear-down when radio support is not present

I was cc'ed just a few days ago on pushes of this patch to every stable 
branch.  Specifically, 4.4, 4.9. 4.14, 4.19, and 5.4.

So it's getting there.
