[pvrusb2] [PATCH] pvrusb2: Fix oops on tear-down when radio support is not present

It's already in their pipeline.  I'm unclear if reposting that might 
foul things up.  I will ask about this.  The cc's on the post already 
were after I checked with V4L folks about the current push process 
(it's been a while).
