[pvrusb2] v4l-cx25840.fw

I think having both devices use the same firmware file may be a coincidence, and may not be
dependable to remain so long-term. Thus, I think the correct solution here is for Ubuntu/V4L to ship
the correct firmware files to begin with (licenses permitting).
Just my $0.02, worth exactly what you paid to get it 😄
