[pvrusb2] Compile issue

OK, FINALLY!!!  I got it to work, me thinks.

I used the 20051126 snapshot, but did NOT use the ivtv drivers (tveeprom,
tuner and msp3400) that came with it.  I instead used the drivers that came
with the stock kernel.  Then, everything worked like a charm with hotplug
recognizing the device.  So, the problem seems to be the ivtv drivers in the
pvrusb snapshot, or at least my usage/installation of them.  Of course, the
saa7115 driver still comes from pvrusb2/ivtv, since it does not exist in the
stock kernel.

Mike, could you quickly look over the dmesg output below and let me know if
it looks OK?  I very much appreciate your assistance.
