[pvrusb2] Recent build errors, any ideas?

Interesting.  This is how I was building my kernel (after previous
builds with testing MTD modules), & I for some reason started getting
build errors.  So I reverted back.

Well, I had an initial problem which provoked this problem.  So I'm
scratching this email.
