[pvrusb2] PVR USB2 usb id change

Barry et al,

Regarding the new devices.

Our good friend Mike does not have one of them in front of him to test. 
Can anyone provide him with ssh access to your computer so that he can 
debug a live unit? Debugging by proxy is difficult. Mike is doing a 
great job and we should do all that we can to make it easier.
