Is there something else to simply watch tv (mpeg2...)
Mythtv is fullscreen oriented. I do prefer to have only a small TV screen when
I'm coding at home ;)
Mplayer and a small QT/python GUI to write into /sys does the job too.

Correct. V4L is frame oriented.

IIRC it is the last one but I'm going to try again with the previous one (I may
have missed one version.)

BTW, I'm using xawtv-20060317-134453.tar.gz

Could someone confirm somethig is broken with xawtv it could be helpfull too.
