[pvrusb2] // error compiling pvrusb2 on 2.6.16-1-686 //

hi there,

i have error output (attached) while building the pvrusb2 driver against
2.6.16-1-686 on a Debian sid system. as far as i can see the right
sources and headers are being resourced.

it's likely the issue is very simple and a fault at my end. 

notably it builds fine against 2.6.15 sources.
