[pvrusb2] New driver snapshot: pvrusb2-mci-20070428a

A(nother) new pvrusb2 snapshot is available.  This version also fixes 
compilation breakage for kernels older than 2.6.16.  The cause was due 
to the mutex change in the previous snapshot.
