[pvrusb2] Changing channels and MPlauer

This works for me:

- Change to channel NN:
  ivtv-tune -t us-cable -c NN -d /dev/video0
- mplayer /dev/video0

For the radio, it seems I have to start a player first, and then change 
the station.
