Greg,

#1, please don't top-post.... Quotes shall appear above the replies --
its the standard for Linux mailing lists.

#2, this is not a Hauppauge support forum, so you should not expect
Mike Isely to know the model numbers of every Hauppauge device.

You have an HD-PVR .... Don't make things more complicated than they
are -- we all know what the HD-PVR is, but nobody wants to go out of
their way to google the term "Hauppauge 1212" in order to find out
what you're asking for help with. You should make it easy for those
you're asking help from. :-)

#3, this mailing list is specifically meant for the WinTV-PVR-USB2,
and similar devices, including the Hauppauge HVR-1950 and HVR-1900.
If you have questions about the HD-PVR, specifically, I recommend that
you make your inquiry on a mailing list specific to the HD-PVR. I am
not sure where that mailing list is hosted, but google probably does
know.

When all else fails, you can send an email to the linux-media mailing
list, which is the generic mailing list for all media devices. Try:
"linux-media" <linux-media at vger.kernel.org>

I hope this helps to steer you in a better direction.

Good luck.
