[pvrusb2] Build without V4L1 support

Hi Mike!

Thank you for your response.

As I was able to compile your driver again, I'm currently happy. I'm 
looking forward to your new snapshot and to the release of 2.9.39 
(although it will take around a month until my distro provides it in its 
package manager...)
