[pvrusb2] No more than 16 standards (xawtv bug.) "secam-L is back" closed

Ok I will do that but I can do it right now because 2.6.18-rc4-mm1 cannot be my
working kernel (due to some other issues).

lol. We are mad (I'm an engineer too ;)). I'm going to try to enumarate all this
standards to have a better fix.

It is still true. It is now a pure xawtv problem.
